The parabolic antenna 110-TRX is a satellite antenna of 120 cm in diameter made of galvanized steel of Offset type made by processes of high precision that guarantees an absolute uniformity in the disc and an optimum geometry to obtain the best performance.
Being made of galvanized steel guarantees a very high resistance both to corrosion and to atmospheric agents.
The 110-TRX satellite dish is a 120x111 cm satellite antenna.
What technical characteristics does the 110-TRX antenna have?
Total diameter of 120 x 111 cm.
Frequency range 10.5-13 GHz
Gain at 12.75Ghz: 41.2 dB
Made in galvanized steel
What satellites can I see with the 120 cm antenna?
With a 120 cm antenna signal I can get the satellite, Hotbird 13E, 19E ASTRA, ATLANTIC BIRD and HISPASAT 30W 5W mainly, but also we can see any satellite that has a more than 41 dBw PIRE.
What is the PIRE?
Equivalent Radiated Isotropic Power (EIRP) is the amount of power a satellite emits. The PIRE takes into account the losses of the transmission line and the connectors and includes the gain of the antenna. It is expressed in decibels with respect to a reference power emitted by an equivalent signal power.
That is, the EIRP is the amount of signal that reaches our antenna, taking into account the signal that the satellite emits and the gain of the installed antenna.
