2.- Online Sale System

 To have a purchase, customer has to add desired products to your shopping cart and follow purchase steps, which can be easily done at our website. These steps also include an option to registering a user. When finished the process, your request will be sent to TDTprofesional, by online means, to be processed. Once we received the request, customer will receive a confirmation by email. Present General Contracting Conditions are applicable to all requests which have been done using our Online Sale System.

 

3.- Applicable Taxes

 TDTprofesional products prices have the tax of Added Value (IVA) which, in most case, is convenient to apply.

Purchases made by an individual domiciled in a country member of European Union (EU) are applied to IVA. Purchases done by non-EU taxable people shall be exempt of the aforementioned tax.

Purchases made by individuals or legal entities located in a non-EU member country, Canarias or Ceuta and Melilla shall be exempt of IVA. In these territories, Customs taxes and similar, should be a responsibility of customer.

 

4. – Payment Methods

 After making the request, customer can freely choose the following payment method:

• Credit Card (American Express, MasterCard, Visa and Visa Electron);
• Cash (only Spain, Andorra and Portugal);
• Bank transfer
• PayPal

In some cases, to prevent possible cheating, TDTprofesional reserves the right to ask for a reliable payment method, if we do not entirely believe on customer identification.

5. – Sending Costs and Methods

 TDTprofesional sends all requests through express delivery companies (such as SEUR and similar). Delivery period depends of product available and sending area. Delivery period and commitments, as well applicable sending fees, can be found at Costs and Sending Methods section.

 

6. – Costumer Rights and Return Policy

 Costumers will have a period of 7 business days since product arrivals to cancel contract and return product. The costumer shall communicate TDTprofesional, within stipulated period, using any means allowed by law, your right and desire to rescind contract. The return request will be collected by TDTprofesional and shall be sent with its delivery note or, if appropriate, with invoice sent by TDTprofesional.

 If the returned product shows some damage, TDTprofesional will charge costs of replacement or repairing, except in cases wherein the acquired product has a manufacturer´s warranty. In this case, costumer shall follow the procedures and conditions indicated by manufacturer.

 Costumers can return any product which was purchased at TDTprofesional website, since products were not used and original product package was preserved. In this case, TDTprofesional will return the paid amount by reimbursement in credit card or by bank transfer to an account indicated by customer. The return costs shall be a costumer responsibility.

 TDTprofesional will not admit self-charging sending, except cases in which the return was given by any sending error made by us. In this case, we kindly ask you to contact our costumer service department.

 If delivered product was different from requested, in reason of some error made by TDTprofesional, this will be removed, and the correct product will be sent with no additional costs.

7.- Customer and/or Users Responsibilities

 The customer and/or user of www.tdtprofesional.eu commits itself at all times to give true information about solicited data at user register form, and upgrade it when necessary.

 Customer also commits itself to carefully keep off access keys from third parties.

 When customer purchases a product which requires having a certain age, according to current customer country legislation, he shall be aware that fulfils this requirement.

 

8. – Security and Confidentiality

 TDT PROFESIONAL TELECO S.L., on behalf of TDTprofesional, ensures security and confidentiality to all communication between TDTprofesional and customer.

 All on-line payment operations are realized through a safe server, based on SSL standard, which protects your data against third party violation.

 All collected personal data are exclusive use of TDTprofesional, to communicate about deliveries, invoicing and similar. We ensure the protection and confidentiality of personal, resident, banking and others types of data which were given to us, according to the Act 15/199, of December 13^th, of Personal Data Protection.

 All data given to us by our customers will be automatically included in a database, which was created and maintained on TDTprofesional responsibility.

9. – Cookies

10.- Applicable Legislation and Competent Jurisdiction

 Purchases made at TDTprofesional are submitted to Spanish Legislation.

 In case of conflicts or disagreements, the applicable jurisdiction will be at Court of Málaga, unless any legal order forbids.

 

In addition, as a CONFIANZA ONLINE member, and agreeing with its Ethics Code Terms, in case of disputes related to contracting, online publication, data protection, child protection or accessibility, customer can attend to Extrajudicial Disputes Resolution System of CONFIANZA ONLINE (www.confianzaonline.es).
