Transmitter/receiver equipment to convert SC/APC single-mode fiber optic cable to 10/100/1000Mbps RJ45 copper cable, or vice versa. It works at the 1310nm wavelength for both data transmission and reception.
Tp-Link's MC210CS offers solutions for 1000BASE-T copper networks that require long-distance links that only fiber can support. The MC210CS allows you to extend the data transmission distance up to 15 kilometers, at 1Gbps, when using single-mode fiber optics.
It can also be used to make connections through very congested pipes or with a lot of electrical noise, since the optical fiber has a smaller diameter and is also totally immune to interference.
Two equal MC210CS are required to transmit and receive the data.
