This access control is ideal for holiday homes. It has a very easy to use and intuitive mobile app management. You generate a PIN and/or a card to give to the tenant. So if you do not have to see the tenant, giving a pin is enough to access. The high and low users do it by the mobile app, comfortably and from anywhere. The access control can communicate with the cell phone in person via bluetooth or remotely through the wifi connection of the network where it is installed. You can manage more than one access control at a time, through the app, if you have several doors.

This standalone access control comes with keypad and dual proximity reader, this means that it can read both EM and MF type cards.

The access control has a door sensor input, to see if a door is open or closed and REX input, it also has a wiegan output, which allows connection with external controller in case you want to make a more complex installation. But the controller is not necessary because it works autonomously by itself. It also has an alarm output delivering 12V that is activated when the rear tamper is unlocked because it has been removed from the wall by vandalism.

Communication is through an ethernet cable, but it also has WiFi and Bluetooth, for connection with the application. It can store up to 10,000 users/codes/cards, with a total of 200,000 records. For authentication, it has two methods: card or PIN.

It supports web server, which allows us, for example, to program the access by time, user, etc. Although this way of managing it is more complicated for less experienced users. But with the CrossChex mobile application we can manage users and openings in an easy and intuitive way.

The access control has an IP65 degree of protection, which makes it suitable for outdoors, it is also vandal resistant with an IK10.
