Buy IP Cameras

If you are looking for the best image quality, the best are IP cameras that offer 4K images.
The IP cameras must be connected to the Ethernet network that it shares with the NVR or DVR recorder, using UTP cable. Some are WiFi cameras that incorporate wireless connections.

One of the advantages of IP cameras is the possibility of operating without the need for an additional recorder. In addition to allowing recordings to be sent to the corresponding app in real time, they can also incorporate a card reader to record directly on the camera itself.

Some of the IP cameras can also be POE (Power Over Ethernet), that is, they can be connected directly to the RJ45 port of the recorder to receive power through the UTP network cable itself.
In this way we avoid the use of external power supplies. *Cameras usually do not include a power supply. Must be purchased separately

We have DOMO type indoor cameras and BULLET type outdoor cameras.

Tips for Buying IP Cameras

We recommend purchasing IP cameras when it is enough to use a camera and you do not want to spend money on a recorder.
Also when exceptional image quality is required that a digital or analog camera cannot provide.

If you need a system with several cameras, we recommend using Hírid DVR recorders that allow you to open some channels for IP cameras.
They can incorporate a series of hybrid cameras, in addition to using the IP camera inputs for those specific areas that require extreme image quality.

Factors to take into account

  • Number of pixels: Indicates the resolution of the camera, the more megapixels, the better the quality. Currently 1, 2 or 4 megapixels.
  • Fixed or variable optics: The fixed optics are usually 3.6mm and do not allow a zoom or aperture angle of view adjustment. The variable optic is usually 2.8-10mm and allows a zoom or aperture angle adjustment at the time of installation to leave it focusing on a place of interest or open the angle of view to cover a wider area.
  • Number of LEDs: A greater number of LEDs built into a camera is usually related to the better ability to record in the dark and viewing at a greater distance when the medium is dark. All cameras record in black and white in the dark, switching to color when there is ambient light.
  • Protection index: The protection index indicates how prepared the camera is to withstand inclement weather. From IP65 they can be used outdoors.

The cameras do not include a power supply. This one is sold separately.
