When considering the wiring in new construction, where several dwellings share some kind of common area, it is necessary to comply with ICT regulations. We must ensure that our cabling is LSFH, CAT6 and low fire risk, complying with the Euroclass CPR DCA regulations, which classify from letter A to F.
Lack of knowledge of the regulations could result in not choosing the correct cabling and have consequences.
In new installations, a minimum of letter D is required.
