What is a proximity key ring used for?
A key chain of proximity such as the key ring 52740 of Fermax, allows the identification of a determined user to control their access to a certain enclosure.
There are two types of proximity key systems, the Mifare system and the EM system, and they are not compatible with each other, meaning that a Mifare proximity key ring can only be used on proximity devices that work with this system.
