Balun are devices whose function is to replace both the power cable and the coaxial cable of CCTV cameras with 2 UTP twisted cables, usually category 5 or 6. The advantages of using the UTP cable are its greater ease of installation, transmitting the signals at a greater distance (up to 200 meters) and connect several cameras with a single cable of this type.
