The MZ-104 satellite receiver is an advanced device designed for reception and decoding of satellite and internet TV and radio signals. The receiver is equipped with a Canal Digitaal platform smart card. It is ideal for the home, providing access to a wide range of high quality channels and content.
Compatible with DVB-S/S2 signals, which allows reception of both standard and 4K high definition transmissions. Decodes MPEG-2 and MPEG-4 signals. With picture resolution up to 1080p, it will guarantee you a detailed and sharp visual experience when receiving channels. So you can watch live TV at the same time you can use interactive services if the receiver is connected to the Internet to take included subscription to Canal Digitaal. Among the integrated interactive services you can find: extra TV and radio channels, start missing programs, VoD (video on demand), multiscreen solution with Canal Digital TV Everywhere. Interactive services are available in the EU as long as the subscription is registered to a Dutch address.
The MZ-104 is capable of recording a channel for later viewing and pausing live TV with the PVR (personal video recorder) function. To do this, we will only need to connect an external hard disk to the USB port (the hard disk is not included). When recording, only channels from the same satellite transponder and OTT channels are available for viewing.
The receiver can be connected to the internet wirelessly via wifi or wired via the ethernet port.
