This source has two holes in the back so that it can be installed, using screws in the wall.
The FA-242 power supply allows the 24v and 150mA power supply of the devices in our facility that work actively, such as an amplifier.
A power supply for a mast amplifier is used to inject current to a mast amplifier through the coaxial cable.
Mast amplifiers need power to amplify the signal. If the mast amplifier is not connected to a power supply, it not only does not amplify the signal, but it does not let the television signal pass. Therefore whenever there is a mast amplifier installed, we will have to install a power supply that works with the same voltage as the mast amplifier.
Most mast amplifiers work at 24 Vdc, but those with IF mix or amplification usually work at 12 Vdc. Therefore we recommend consulting the voltage of our mast amplifier, before buying the power supply.
