The 540Ab Series Door Opener is symmetrical and reversible, therefore it can be opened to one side or the other. This lock release works with a voltage of 12 Vac and is automatically unlocked when it receives a voltage pulse of 24 Vac.
This lock release locks once the tension stops and the door is mechanically opened and closed again.
