The PAU (User Access Points) are equipment used in installations that are governed by the ICT-2 regulations, where each home is served by two downstream TV cables, through which two satellite signals are sent. The function of the equipment is to select which signal dies at that point and which one reaches the user's TV sockets.
It has 2 Inputs (one of them with a 75 Ohms load) and 5 Outputs with flange connection. This PAU has an insertion loss of 13 dB at 690 MHz.
The splitter comes in a metallic shielded box, and provides a low attenuation.
